Fraktpolicy

 

We offer a delivery time of 2-5 business days. Packages are collected every weekday at 13:00. If your order is placed before 13:00, it will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped the next business day. Please note, if your order is placed after 13:00 on a Friday, it will not be collected until Monday.

For packages not picked up, the shipping provider charges us a handling fee. We will deduct this cost from the amount to be refunded. The handling fee is 200 SEK (the cost of shipping to the customer plus the return shipping).

Track your order?

When you place an order with us, you will receive a shipment ID once your order has been packed. You can use this shipment ID to track the progress of your shipment.
