Återbetalningspolicy
When you purchase from POM, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that begins on the day you receive your items. During this period, you may evaluate and try the products in the same way you would in a physical store. If you decide to return a product, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The product must not have been damaged by the customer.
- You must inform us of your intention to return the product before proceeding.
If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot accept your return.
Processing Your Return:
If you wish to return a product, please contact us in advance by sending an email to info@pompasen.com. In your email, please include your order number. Remember, you must return the products within 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return.
You will receive a QR code via email. Pack the product in its original box and cover any old labels. Take the package and QR code to your nearest postal agent, where they will scan the QR code and print out a return label to send the package back.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returned goods and process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified. Refunds are processed within 14 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged. In the case of a claim, POM will cover the return shipping.
Damaged Product?
If your product arrives damaged, document the damage by taking a picture and contact us immediately at info@pompasen.com to verify that the damage was not caused by you. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase but the product ceases to function and it is not caused by you, please contact us at the same email address.
